High quality machine cutting, de-burring and rounding of the aluminium sheets to produce custom press plate dimensions, 5 mm radius on each corner
Surface treatment
High thickness sulphuric hard anodizing on the whole press plate surface for high scratch resistance, improved durability and complete electric insulation

Careful 100% quality inspection to ensure defect-free press plates
